✦ Yoga Therapy & Somatic Wellness · Trauma-Informed

Your body has been trying to tell you something.

Soul Vibes is your reset button.

This is slow, therapeutic yoga for people who are exhausted, overwhelmed, or disconnected — and who haven’t found what they’re looking for in talk therapy alone. The work is trauma-informed, body-based, and paced entirely with you in mind.

You don’t need yoga experience. You don’t need to be flexible, calm, or ready. You just need to be willing to show up.

Yoga therapy is more than a yoga class.

More than a yoga class. More than a therapy session.

Yoga therapy uses breath, movement, stillness, and awareness in a personalized, therapeutic way — working directly with the nervous system to reach places that talking alone sometimes can’t.

This is trauma-informed work. Every session is built around choice, safety, and your pace. The practice adapts to you, not the other way around.

How is it different from a general yoga class?

  • It is tailored to the person, not taught to a room in the same way
  • It focuses on therapeutic goals rather than performance
  • It can include stillness, awareness, breath, movement, and reflection
  • Choice, pacing, and accessibility are central
Who is yoga therapy for?

Yoga therapy can support people moving through stress, burnout, overwhelm, mental load, disconnection, transitions, or a desire to feel more resourced in daily life.

What kinds of practices are used?

Sessions can include grounding, breathing practices, gentle movement, awareness-based practices, nervous system education, stillness, rest, and simple tools to carry into everyday life.

Do I need yoga experience?

No. You do not need yoga experience, flexibility, or any particular kind of body. The work is meant to meet you where you are and can be adapted accordingly.

A calmer way in.

This work is not about pushing or performing. It is about learning how to listen, respond, and relate to your body in a way that feels sustainable and supportive over time.
